Why these tools are free
Every tool here answers one question a group runs into on a trip — who owes what, how much something costs at home, who is bringing the stove — and nothing else. They run entirely in your browser: there is no account, nothing you type leaves your device, and once a page has loaded it keeps working without a signal.
