About Untold Festival
UNTOLD returns to Cluj-Napoca, Romania for its 12th edition, branded "STAR EDITION", running August 5-8 2027 at Cluj Arena. The festival was launched in 2015, the year Cluj-Napoca held the title of European Youth Capital, and has grown from roughly 240,000 attendees at its debut to over 500,000 across four days at its most recent editions, making it one of the largest electronic music festivals in Europe. UNTOLD has been ranked among DJ Mag's top festivals in the world and won Best Major Festival at the European Festival Awards. The main site spans Cluj Arena plus the western half of Cluj-Napoca's Central Park, which closes to the public every year for the duration of the event, with music spread across multiple stages including the Main Stage, Galaxy (techno), Daydreaming (house) and Alchemy. UNTOLD runs as a fully cashless event: attendees load money onto an RFID wristband used for all food, drink and merchandise purchases on site. As of this listing, UNTOLD has not yet announced its 2027 artist lineup; ticket pre-sales for the STAR EDITION opened ahead of the announcement, as is typical for the festival, with the full billing expected closer to the summer.
